2. Ordering Process
- Orders can be placed through our Instagram/Whatsapp DM, website, or via phone.
- By submitting an order, you are offering to purchase products from us, and we reserve the right to accept or reject your order at our discretion.
- Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation via email or SMS. Please ensure the accuracy of your order details, including your delivery address and contact information.
- In the case of an error or issue with your order, please contact our customer support within 24 hours for resolution.
3. Menu and Prices
- All menu items are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue or modify menu items at any time without notice.
- Prices for products and services are listed on our website or menu. Prices are subject to change without notice.
- All food items are subject to applicable taxes.
4. Payment
- We accept various payment methods, including bank transfer, mobile payment apps, and debit/credit cards.
- Payments must be made in full before the delivery of goods.
- In case of a failed payment or incomplete transaction, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
5. Delivery and Collection
- Delivery Areas: We currently deliver to specific locations within Lagos State. Please check if we deliver to your area before placing an order.
- Delivery Charges: Delivery fees may apply depending on the delivery distance and location.
- Delivery Times: We aim to deliver within 1hour of order confirmation, though actual delivery times may vary depending on traffic, weather, and other factors.
6. Allergies and Dietary Restrictions
- We take care to list ingredients in our menu items, but we cannot guarantee the absence of allergens or cross-contamination.
- If you have food allergies or dietary restrictions, please inform us before placing your order. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your needs but cannot be held responsible for allergic reactions or food sensitivities.
7. Refunds and Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled up to 24hours before the scheduled delivery time. After that, cancellations may incur a penalty or full payment charge.
- Refunds for canceled or undelivered orders will be processed within 4 days, subject to our refund policy.
- We do not offer refunds for dissatisfaction with taste, portion sizes, or other subjective reasons. If your food is damaged, spoiled, or incorrect, please contact us immediately for a resolution.
8. Customer Responsibilities
- Accuracy: You are responsible for providing accurate information, including your delivery address, contact number, and payment details.
- Inspection: Upon receiving your order, please inspect the food to ensure it is correct and satisfactory. If there are any issues, notify our customer service within 5minutes.
- Behavior: We ask that customers engage with our staff respectfully and adhere to all applicable laws and regulations.
9. Limitation of Liability
- While we take all reasonable precautions to ensure the quality and safety of our food, FoodsByDunni shall not be held liable for any damages, injuries, or losses arising from food consumption or any other service we provide.
- We do not accept liability for delays or non-delivery due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or transportation issues.
